What the app processes

Base44 handles account sign-in. Depending on your choice, authentication may also involve Apple or Google. The app receives your account identifier and, when available, your email address. When you start an assessment, the description you enter is sent to Base44's AI integration to extract context. You review that context and answer structured questions; the final risk tier is calculated by the app's scoring rules.

Do not enter confidential, personal, regulated, proprietary, student, patient, financial, or security-sensitive details in the free-text description.

Results and usage records

The assessment result and structured answers are kept in your browser's session storage so you can revisit the result in the same tab. The raw description is not included in that saved result. This copy is cleared when you sign out, switch accounts, or end the browser session. Each completed result is also saved to your account in Base44 so you can view it later from your Account page. Saved results contain the structured answers, confirmed context, a short AI-generated summary, and the scored result, but never the raw description. Only you can view your saved results, and you can delete any of them from your Account page at any time.

To limit AI service usage, the app stores your account identifier and an hourly request count in Base44. Earlier rate-limit records may contain an IP address. These records are maintained until removed from the app's data store; no automatic deletion period is configured. Base44 may also maintain platform logs under its own policies.

Retention and deletion

Your account remains in Base44 until it is deleted. Signed-in users can initiate account deletion from the Account page. Requests are reviewed manually, with a target of completion within 30 days and email confirmation when complete. Related app records are removed as part of that process, except records that must be retained by law. You may contact the address above for access or privacy questions.
